I love creating portraits that make my subject’s personality shine. Whether you are an engaged couples, family, high school senior, corporate executive or proud grandparents, I do all my portraits in locations you choose. In can be any location that makes you feel comfortable.
I specialize in creating environmental style portraits by using the elements of the location (home, park, barn). If you prefer a more “studio like” portrait, I bring the necessary backdrops and props to meet your wishes. I adapt to the situation and make it work. What is most important for a successful session is that you are relaxed. My personalized service is nothing like your typical retail chain studio experience. If you prefer to travel to a noisy studio in a mall where a bunch of children have been standing in line longer than they should be.
The image you see to the right is of former astronaut and Commander of the Apollo 13 mission in 1969, Jim Lovell at his restaurant in Chicago. The painting behind him was used to create the logo for that lunar mission. A mission that is often referred to by Mr. Lovell as one of the most successful “failed” missions by NASA.
Anybody who knows me personally knows that I have a special place in his heart for animals – specially dogs and horses. Before discovering my passion for photography, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Destiny had a different plan. In recent years, I’ve been lucky enough to be able to combine my love for animals with my photography. Dogs, cats and horses are my specialty but critters of all types are welcomed fun.
